The LateLife CAT (LLFDI-CAT) is a computer-assisted outcome instrument developed specifically for community-dwelling older adults. The LLFDI-CAT assesses and responds to meaningful change in two distinct outcomes: function--a persons ability to do discrete actions or activities, and disability--a persons performance of socially defined life tasks. The application allows for multiple assessments to be conducted, provides reports that can be saved, emailed or printed, and permits a dump of data in CSV format for later analysis.
